Who We Are

Gail attended Navarro College in Corsicana, Texas from 1985-1987. She began her professional career in Human Resources with Southland Life Insurance in 1987. She was responsible for assisting in hiring new personnel and conducting employee orientation along with employee benefits, payroll and office procedure requirements.

From 1995 to 2000, she was employed by two entrepreneurs, a husband-and-wife team, who were starting up and growing their companies: PinMark Golf and The Voice Link. Her responsibilities included marketing, accounting and managing the day-to-day operations of both companies.

Gail joined AVEX (now GC Land Management) in 2000 and worked with the former CFO. In 2008, during the Great Recession, she started her storefront business, 4 Goodness Cakes. After five successful years, she sold the business and rejoined AVEX full-time. Gail has worked in all facets of the company's operations and has extensive knowledge of how to operate the business and make it successful.  Since becoming COO in 2020, the company has sold over $142,000,000 (gross) in land and acquired over $43,000,000 in new deals. Gail's extensive knowledge of the real estate market stems from her 20+ years of experience, which has given her a unique view of this ever-changing marketplace's daily ins and outs.

Richard graduated from Texas Tech University in 2002 from the Rawls School of Business with a degree in Management. He went on to earn his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix – Dallas Campus in 2005. Richard spent the first part of his career working for his family business in the medical x-ray industry. Before joining the AVEX (now GC Land Management) team in December of 2019, he was the National Accounts Manager for Foresight Imaging. He was responsible for servicing close to two hundred major X-ray company account executives, product specialists and C-class hospital stakeholders.

Since 2019, Richard has been critical in inviting additional investors to participate in new land investments. Richard is instrumental in the evaluation of prospective land purchases, contract structuring/negotiations and assessing potential purchase contracts on behalf of the various partnerships.  Since 2020, Peyton and Kincheloe have sold over $142,000,000 (gross) in partnership properties while adding over $43,000,000 in new investments to the portfolio. 

Brandon graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas in December of 2019. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Economics where he studied Finance and Real Estate. He began his professional career here at GC Land Management (formerly known as AVEX Group) in March, 2020 and will have been with the company for 5 years in March of 2025. Brandon's day-to-day duties consist of property management, tenant relationships and analyzing market trends. He became a licensed drone pilot in 2023 and is now getting the company up-to-date property aerials throughout the year. Brandon is also a licensed real estate agent in Texas for 3 years. Before college, Brandon grew up in Van Alstyne, TX. 

Don Lee started over 30 years ago. In the beginning he also worked twelve years at national mortgage lenders including Bank of America and Wells Fargo, seven years winning the top 5% nationwide awards for top sales and his clients voted him the highest customer service ratings. Don’s personality reflects his love of people and desire to help others be successful. His philosophies include we are stronger together. His passions include travel, food, pets, and good relationships.
